Why do we get twitchy eyelids?

A twitchy eyelid can be very frustrating but impacts almost everyone at some point in their lives. 

Twitch eyelids can happen for a few reasons, the main ones are:

1.     Tiredness
2.     Stress
3.     Excessive caffeine intake

If your twitchy eyelid is persistent then please talk to your optician or GP about this.
